This is how it works

You want to add other products? Click on ‘continue shopping’ on the left.
Have you put all your products in your basket? Enter the appropriate numbers in the box.
For books, fill in the discount code below the titles of the products.
Please note! You must enter the discount code for every product seperately.
You want to pay? Click on ‘complete checkout’.
Enter your personal information and click on ‘next’.
You would like the goods (for books and promotional materials) delivered at another address? Remove the check mark in the box 'delivery address' and enter the new delivery address.
Check your order.
Choose your payment method: by means of Ogone (= online banking) or by bank transfer (only for books and promotional materials). Go through the steps on the screen.

A Femma card is normally sent within five working days.
Books and promotional materials are sent as soon as possible after payment has been received.
During periods of leave the delivery period may become a bit longer.
